Responsibilities
- Collaborate with park Art Directors and designers to provide cost-effective design and production resources to park partners to meet the ongoing needs in the parks and resorts ranging from routine facility maintenance to small blue-sky projects.
- Develop relationships and serve as a primary communication contact between WDI team and partners (FAM, Park Operations, Entertainment, and other teams) at various levels across the property to ensure design intent, budget, and deadlines are met.
- Maintain project schedule, scope of work, and budget for a multi-project portfolio of 50-plus projects from development through completion.
- Produce concept models, design intent packages, and technical drawings for Production Design and Graphic Fabrication teams in addition to day-to-day responsibilities.
